Now...Just get at it!!

God should not have to repeat Himself! Yet His love and patience abound and He will repeat what He wants us to grasp.
On June 24th at Bible Study I believed He spoke to my heart that there were so many that needed to hear of His forgiveness and love. Then right after the study at the IMPACT college and careers group we finished The Truth Project and Del Tackett spoke on Luke 10 - the Good Samaritan. He referenced it as the "Good Neighbour" and challenged us to not worry who our neighbour is but to be the neighbour God wants us to be - as Jesus described in Luke 10:25 - 37.
THEN... on June 25th I joined some good friends and went to Queensway Cathedral in Toronto to see Chuck Swindoll. This was a wonderful evening with three friends. Joan could only join us for dinner (at Swiss Chalet) as her parents were not well and she had to drive out of town to be with them. Lucille, Beth and I went on to the event. GUESS WHAT!!!! Chuck Swindoll spoke on Luke 10:25-37! I am praying the LORD will ensure I learn what it is He wants me to. (You got it...Now just get at it!)
Another interesting part of the evening - my dear friend Lucille is such a servant and she told me she had been speaking with the Lord recently about this event and told Him that it would be a nice event to go to as she so enjoyed Chuck's teaching. BUT... she did not ask to go. All the while, behind the scenes, our Loving Father was working. A friend, from MH - Gisele B. offered me tickets as she could not use them. I asked Joan if she wanted to go - if she said no then I would have declined the tickets. When Joan said "yes" I asked her to coordinate who else should come. That was interesting in itself. However, Joan, Lucille and Beth all said they would love to come. THEN....Joan could not attend the event after all. We have a totally AMAZING God who loves us enough to orchestrate blessings with which we can recognize His love for us and then do what we were chosen to do - PRAISE HIM!!
